A random art I made to brainstorm names for the fictional eras leading up to my Sharkfolk’s modern age.

Besides the Anthropocene extinction, the planet faced two more subsequent mass extinctions, along with the past "big five," meaning sharks would have survived eight mass extinctions in total.

Represented as turbulent waves over a volcanic reef. 8. Selaciane, the contemporary era, marking the birth of the Waiohana civilization (the sharkfolk). Represented by calm and prosperous seas.

"In a condition that hovers between life and death, Requiem is lost in limbo in the depths of the sea. And on a lonely journey, she searches for her ends that were stolen by a fisherman. However, she will not be alone, there are others like her." One of the most valuable skills you can have as a professional creative, is an ability to tolerate the discomfort of being unhappy with your work. You make your work, you probably see all the flaws and you either despair or move on and do better. There’s really no shortcut around that reality.
