The Family Law Amendment Bill 2024 ensures that:
- The economic impact of family violence is considered where relevant as part of dividing property and finances.
- The care and housing needs of children are considered in financial and property decisions.

Surviving Economic Abuse (SEA)
joined forces with TSB to let every #EconomicAbuse victim-survivor know they are not alone and that help is out there, including via TSB’s emergency flee fund. SEA also launched a pledge to stand in support of victim-survivors.
