#Insomnia is common, affecting around 10% of adults. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) is the gold-standard treatment, with 80% of people reporting improved sleep. I'm pleased to offer this service, so get in touch if you or someone you know may be interested in giving #CBT-I a go.

Discouraging political expression in public is itself a political act. Mental health professionals have a moral duty to stand up for individual & collective liberation both at home & abroad, else we're further purpetuating societal ills. Ethnonationalism makes us all unsafe.
