Archer, bowyer and regular idiot
Making a tiny bow isn't too difficult. This is a small 60 cm maple bow with an imperfect tiller but still shoots decent as a toy. Recommend just taking a small scrap of wood and giving it a shot:)

It's kind of funny, I am in the process of studying and replicating Egyptian bow (est. 1600-1500bc) in the National Museum of Antiquities in Leiden. The arrows are indeed Reed with a hardwood foreshaft and sometimes still have the flint arrowhead. More info on materials: doi.org/10.2307/3821...
