The Center City and pier areas of Philly are really cool, some abandoned factories have been converted into some neat-looking condos. Like look at this place!! I love the factory framework surrounding greenery, wowowowww

Arif and I are house-hunting (!!) and have been looking at Philly since homes are cheaper, nicer, and larger overall. Went last Saturday to hang with friends, explore neighborhoods, get a better idea of some areas of interest, etc - but now I just want to live in the chocolate factory...

Anyway here are some of my favorite pics from my LA trip (sadly did not remember to take pics with my old friends because I was so busy enjoying my time, but I also had a great time with my coworkers)

Will miss her, but happy she won't be sitting in the shelter. Toast will probably also miss her, he's been playing with her a lot, but our big cats mostly avoid her and the room Sydney stays in overnight so they'll definitely feel less anxious when she's gone.

Today's the last day we'll have Sydney - she's big enough to get her eye surgery and spay now, so I'm dropping her off at the shelter tomorrow to get those done. She's already got an adopter, so she'll be going to her new home right after!
