These are all the gifts I received over Christmas and my birthday. My relatives were told that I recently got into anime, hence why there is so much of it here. I'm so glad I get to physically own these series. I wasn't expecting this much variety, tons of old and new stuff.

I apologize for all the constant negative posts, it was unfair of me to put all of that on you. I'm trying to get better and used today to sketch Lucy from #ElfenLied. I want to improve my drawing and experiment with different art styles. Right image used as a reference for the sketch.

Earlier today, I saw someone headcanon Jax from TADC as a pedophile who r*p*d and k*ll*d children. I'm usually not against dark headcanons, but what the fuck is that? Why are some fans so obsessed with headcanoning characters as rapists?!

These weren't the first anime I watched, but they were what got me hooked on the medium, possibly forever. Despite how radically different they each are in writing and genre; they all showcased the potential of anime and were my personal gateway series.
