One cannot form reasonable nor respectable opinions when reacting with rage.

Calm, logical consideration will lead humanity to a better future.

We NEED to be able to have respectful & productive conversations.

Black and white thinking isn’t productive.

Learn to listen & respect.

🐇 🕳️ Tonight’s research rabbit hole:

“What if the moon was farther away?”

“What if we had moonlets?”

“What if Earth spun slightly faster?”

This book made me feel things I haven’t felt in years. It’s introspective, spiritual, and raw. It left me feeling like I was floating in the infinite space of my own consciousness, contemplating what it means to be alive. What even is life…?

What a magical whimsical adventure featuring some of my favorite things: goblins, owls, witches, and magic 🦉 ✨

This graphic novel had so much more world building and complexity than I expected upon first glance.

🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 💫 (4.5/5)

#Co-opImprovStory Entry 4:

Every morning when rays of light peaked above the horizon, the silence transformed into the clanking of pans from tower kitchens, playful shrieks of children running through a sea of grass and wildflowers, and shouting from the docs.

#Co-opImprovStory Entry 3:

If the sparse nature of the wild plains was noticeable, the neighboring towns were unrecognizable.

Once a haven for intellectuals, magicians and travelers, Kleidar had returned to a beautiful landscape with towns who benefitted from exports of their rare sea life.

#Co-opImprovStory Entry 2:

Yet there were no sounds of creatures rustling through the brush nor the flap of wings in the sky, but the scent of life still lingered in the air. A not so distant memory of what once was.
There was no witness to the low hum from below, unheard but still felt.

#Co-opImprovStory Entry 1:

With purple clouds that spiraled and shone, the stone towers dotted across the landscape could be seen.

Vast plains of turquoise grass crawled in the distance like living entity.

Tree branches rhythmically pulsed up and down as they breathed.

Wrote ~600 words of a new short story this week, which is about 70% of it. Then I’ll cut it down dramatically and rewrite it 2-3x in preparation for a Lit Mag Submission 🤓

The most interesting(?) part about the current administration trying to cut back on libraries for spreading misinformation and whatnot is that most of the patrons in my local libraries frequent the nonfiction for bibles and 8/10 parents ask about Christian picture books… is this their target?

This year has been a nonstop war with viruses in our house 🦠

Every week since November 2024 at least 1 of the 3 of us is sick with something, and it feels like we’ve all individually been sick every other week alternating.

Anyone else having a similar experience in 2025?

Time to whip out the Forgotten Hope Apothecary for the first time to try “Penicillin Soup”.

I’m sure you’ve all gotten the ads for this book, the are constant. So I took a chance on it. So far, pleasantly surprised.
