Cracking run yesterday, followed the 24 min pacer until the last 1/2 km for a sprint finish and then ran to in-laws for a lovely family day. 10 miles total and longest run of the year. Pacer weeks are always brilliant, I’ve paced and been paced and it never disappoints. Thank you Whitstable parkrun

Evidence of my First Timers Briefing this morning, everyone seems engaged and nobody got lost on our lovely 1 lap parkrun so I must have done something right!
My outfit was definitely a be seen and stand out in a crowd type daywear.
