You know this world is killing me.
Absolutely.

One time my father re-used a sermon he’d written 20 years earlier for a different congregation (I think he was more pressed for time than usual) and he felt so guilty about it for days or maybe even weeks/months. Preachers using AI should be anathema. What, and I mean this sincerely, the fuck?

Or some kind of masochist!

Indeed. I hope this reaches the millions of us who are not Terminally Online (or Political).

Oh, no! Sending my best vibes.

Yesssss!

I read this while sitting at the bar at Suggins, and…I’m pretty sure it’d be a similar situation today.

They also know I’ve been cheating on them with the next-door neighbor’s cat. 😹

I always say, "It's not rocket surgery." 😂

It's REALLY weird.

I’m so sorry. Fingers crossed that it’s treatable!

That book taught me so much.

Love to hear it! 🫶🏼

That said, you do you, and I won’t judge your decision!

Can I give you a hug? Most of what you mentioned is part of the normal aging process. And I understand that urge to “fix” things (I’m 55, ‘nuff said) but I am also trying to be more gentle with myself. So here’s me urging you to go on a trip, rather than chasing a beauty standard.

We go to Suggins for dinner a lot, but we sit at the bar. It’s…fine. We choose our evenings there depending on who’s behind the bar. I appreciate the fact that their specials have a lot of variety. But I can always get a side of steamed broccoli!
November 17, 2025 at 3:52 AM
Oh, hey, what’s wrong with your face? Because I can’t see anything that needs fixing. (I vote for vacation.)
November 17, 2025 at 3:46 AM
Go, you! Well done! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

When I floss my teeth, sometimes I think about a guy from my high school who died by suicide a few years ago. I have no idea why, unless I was looking at FB while cleaning my teeth when I saw the news. That’s the only explanation that makes any sense. I think of him more now than when he was alive.

I’m right there with you, and I’m a parent. (Granted, my kids are 27 and 30 now, WTF, but truly, I am not interested in seeing/hearing children in places I want to relax in.)

Nope list

That little fang!

I'm not sure what exactly you want my thoughts on—her pairing ideas here or her political campaign—but Erin's a friend, so keep that in mind!

I agree that a rye would be the right choice. I haven't had a McRib since the 1980s, so I can't really remember the taste, but like Erin, I can imagine it!
