A life is but a branch, yearning for a direction, often the sun, where it has the most chance of survival.

Some don't however, oddly enough. Unfortunately my leaves had a firmware update and don't eat the sun the same way.
Besides the bramble of a narrative tree they have and the realness of the characters and their more complicated but incredibly understandable reactions to things. Not to mention being done as reactively to player choice as possible... man, this game's up there with Disco Elysium for me for sure.

that silence in the audio! In reality, that dull, droning noise in the background that helps fill your ears. It *really* sets up the ambience too, when all you've been hearing at this point is immersive strings and synths. And I couldn't be more impressed.

Sure, when you're out and about, especially at night, you don't typically notice that "silence", but in a game, not having audio in your ears just feels like the game's muted.

Even if your character turns sentient, they will live in Que to struggle, and eventually die.

Their death will be the most important thing to Ballpoint, even if he forgets.
