In between marketing my community news publication all morning and getting on the phone with a interview for a news story... I climbed up to the top bunk and vacuumed baking soda out of my child's mattress (they'd puked and I was getting the smell out).

I remember when federal agents in unmarked vehicles grabbed people off the street during downtown Portland protests and detained people during the first presidency term. It did not go well.
