I hurt today. Last night's 3 x 450m with progressive speed increases every 150m nearly killed me. The temperature has also dramatically dropped this week down to 3 degrees. #running #athletics

We had our club presentation evening last night. It was lovely to be recognised with best veteran track athlete and an outstanding achievement award. It was also great to see all the amazing young athletes we have at our club competing at national and international standards. #running #athletics

It couldn't have gone much better today. A huge vet PB for me (400m in 54.23), 3rd fastest time in the UK this year and a bronze medal in the British Champs. Absolutely buzzing #running #athletics
