This is my skull!
Based on a CT scan, converted to a 3D model, and fabricated on an old Stratasys gypsum 3D printer.

If you see this, share a skeleton.

On a walk yesterday, I found some beautiful Royal Bluebell flowers and a native bee busy at work.
Can anyone identify what species of bee this is?

Earlier in the week I was trimming and cleaning resin prints, when the cats came to investigate. They were more interested in the box than the contents!

2017 content. These are 3D scans made using 123D Catch, a simple photogrammetry app sadly now retired.

I remember it had guides to help capturing on phone and didn’t require too many pictures.
To its credit, 123D Catch always spat out a water tight model. Decent results even by today's standards.

It’s funny seeing what Apple Photos thinks the insect is. Camouflage can fool machines.

I was just sitting in a park drinking my coffee when a STICK INSECT FELL ON ME!
Panicked and then returned the little fella to a tree.
Two days later, same time having a coffee on the same bench… The stick insect was back, this time swaying on the silver bench.

Lost wax bronze casting with Phil Cleaver. These pictures are from a few years ago. I didn’t make any of these pieces, but I hope we can do more bronze casting now that the weather is warm.
