Great ideas! We do have a shared Teams doc to post in the moment comments…some times we’re great, some times not so much. The thought is that the faculty submitting the eval can cut and paste these comments

Yes, evals have taken on an onerous reputation but feedback so important. I’m just trying to figure out how to ease the burden a tad as I’m the number 1 “gentle reminder”-er for clinic. 😒

Hmmm…we get them every quarter…does more frequent help you remember or cause more angst?

And to be honest, allows the faculty to hammer them out all at once instead of being a source of stress with constant Nee Innovations reminders. 😏

Interesting! Is this a case akin to PTA volunteering: the ones who do are the ones who do?

I think that book “I Don’t Know How She Does It” (pub 2002) fueled a lot of the “you can have it all” falsehoods.

Thoughts? What trends in #parenthood are you seeing? #WomenInMedicine (6/6)

She thought ppl (esp women) are more cognizant of the amt of work it takes to raise kids & poss secondary harm to career. Women now look around and think “if I do everything, it’s going to have to come at the expense of something, and I don’t want that something to be me.” (5/6)

Ppl def agreed that there was less pressure to have kids than my generation did. Even in the #SouthAsian popultn-trad very into the whole married w kids thing. I really appreciated insight from a friend who shared that women nowadays no longer feel that it’s reality to “do it all.” (4/6)
