I made suggestions at work because of the Christmas period and got told I was being unhelpful by management. Now the thing I said would happen has happened and I’m like 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

I’m struggling not to tell them I told them so because that will also be unhelpful

I tried to correct her, and she said “no there’s an s in it”, and I was like, yeah it’s silent. She didn’t listen and continued with “is land”. I didn’t understand how she couldn’t read the word, even though I told her what it was, and there was literally a picture of an island on the page

Yeah, no, I was cautiously hopeful for another left wing party in the right wing shit storm that is most of the current major parties, but you’ve let in bigots and I want nothing to do with that.
