I feel like I’m going crazy. I have watched several videos of Renee Good being shot, and the sheer number of people, including US government, insisting she deserved it and was deliberately trying to run her murderer over is insane. These people make my skin crawl.

Get to bus stop. Bus is due in 5 minutes. 10 minutes later, bus is still due in 5 minutes.

Public transport is this country is fucking awful.

It figures that I never want to anything or go anywhere, and the one time I do it’s for something super popular that sold out in 10 minutes 🫠

The tiny violins are out for all these rich people that can’t afford the mansion tax. I have some suggestions, they’re thrown at poor people a lot so they must be helpful:

- eat less avocado toast
- cancel Netflix
- don’t buy Starbucks
- come up with a budget plan
- get a better job

So, sometimes random memories will pop into my head, and today’s took place when I was 8. I was at school and we were taking it in turns reading aloud to the teacher. I can’t remember the book, but there were islands in it. The girl ahead of me kept pronouncing the word “island” as “is land”

Bethesda is really trying the patience of fans of their games. Like, they’ve somehow managed to break a 10 year old game and instead of fixing it they’ve prioritised getting the creation store working, so people can continue to buy content for a broken game.

Fuck this guy, he’s a fucking ghoul.

Hearing that some Labour MPs are trying to revive the left wing of the party (that they themselves destroyed in favour of copying tories and reform) stinks of desperation. Like, they took the left wing vote for granted and now they’ve lost it to the Greens and this is some attempt to claw it back?

Israel now purging figures who even attempt to push-back against the normalisation of the dehumanisation, abuse, and mass-murder of Palestinians.

They are making the conditions for continued genocide as smooth as possible.

I have seen so many ads for the BBC “fighting for the truth”, like how desperate are you to not appear as the propaganda machine you are at this point?

This is probably the fundamental distillation of Starmer's vision of "patriotism". Don't cause a fuss, accept the status quo, know your place. Pure conservatism.

Were the protests against Apartheid also unpatriotic, Keir? Were the suffragettes?

Like, which is it? Starmer’s calling Reform talking points racist, but then making life harder for migrants. He stands for nothing.

My colleagues saying they don’t mind if people borrow things without asking, and I’m like “it actually annoys me when people don’t ask”, and they all looked at me like I’d spat on their dogs. Sorry I like knowing where my belongings are I guess?

I am genuinely so sick of this new colleague. He waits until the last possible second to give us information, so we have already allocated everything according to what we had, and he’s like “no, we’re changing all that”. Fuck off, you absolute bellend.

I shouldn’t be surprised we’re here again, but I am. Autism is mostly linked to genetic factors. It’s not caused by vaccines, paracetamol, or whatever other nonsense these people come up with.

The proposed EHRC guidance is more extreme and discriminatory than the anti-trans regulations currently in place in any US State.

The current assault on trans healthcare implemented by Starmer and Streeting is more comprehensive and extensive than that in place across the whole USA.

Why is there always that one person who has to be having a loud conversation on speakerphone, singing, or listening to music/watching videos without headphones on buses?

I know it’s a stupid gripe, but it’s far too early for this much noise, and it’s every day.

How is Labour not getting the correlation between them doing fascism and aiding genocide and their nose diving approval rating? I feel so disconnected from reality right now, because it’s actually insane.
The government's net approval rating has fallen to -59, Labour's lowest score to date

Approve: 11% (-2 from 23-25 August)
Disapprove: 70% (+3)
Net: -59 (-5)

I started watching Alien: Earth, and that scene with the cat was COMPLETELY unnecessary. Then it was shown again on the recap in the next episode 😐
