The option to leave a dungeon after completing it is a convenience feature. If the dungeon is complex enough and there's nothing to do on the way back to the entrance, it feels tedious and like a waste of time. A better concept would be to make the return journey worthwhile.

Reminds me of my childhood in the neighborhood when we all had a C64 and "backup" floppy disks.
