Well. Day 5 without my medication and I can definitely tell it had been working. My insomnia is back full force. My anxiety is skyrocketing. My headaches are coming back. :( I guess tomorrow is "dig through that storage unit until I find it" day.

There is nothing like not having access to your blood pressure and anxiety medication during a shitshow of a move where both your blood pressure and anxiety are skyrocketing. Sounds like a great day to have a stroke and perish, to me.
