This is correct but also 10x more relevant for sponsored content. If you are taking money and only using it to pay white people, do better.
If you are GIVING money to a channel without stipulating some basic diversity in the end product, shame on you for the harm you are doing the TTRPG scene.

Happy Latin Heritage Month! This year I really reconnected with my Bolivian heritage through folkloric dance. It's grounded me and filled my heart.
