In Leeuwarden is al urenlang een stroomstoring aan de gang. Het verkeer is op verschillende plekken ontregeld en meerdere winkels houden de deuren gesloten. De storing is veroorzaakt door een schip met een kraan, dat rond 14.30 uur vanmiddag tegen hoogspanningskabels is gevaren.
