This is the only illustration of the tower proposed in 1979 for the southern end of Liverpool's South Docks. If it had been built it would have been 558m tall. The scheme would have cost £412 million for the scheme covering the same area as Aquarius City.

Privately planned from the '65 by 1970 it would have seen the demolition of the south docks to build 10 million square feet of office. The docks would have been converted to underground car parks with pools on top
