I straight up did not like the new Pyramids album when I first listened to it. Then today I listened to it 3 times. It’s one of the most creative things I’ve heard in a long time.

Ok the first two songs on Baan - neumann were ok, I liked the vibe. But as the album goes on I found myself stopping to say WOAHH more and more. Solid album, will be listening again.

Baan’s bandcamp says they’re doom/skramz, I’m not really sure if I agree with that but the guitars are low, bass is loud, and I’ve been head banging at my desk to it all morning

Crippling Alcoholism (the band) gave me that same feeling hearing Chat Pile, Portrayal of Guilt, The Body, and Dragged Into Sunlight for the first time gave me. It just sounds evil.
