The cover depicts an hourglass with beneficial (blue) & pathogenic (orange) microbiota drawn as sand. Transferred Tregs lining the hourglass cause the “sand” to flow in reverse, highlighting their ability to undo some of the effects of inflammaging by restoring gut barrier integrity!
