enough to justify including a stagger gauge like bosses or minibosses. There's something here but I think it's just because it feels like a watered down Devil May Cry. This also gets into the fact that it's a poor RPG but that'll be a different discussion at some point.

suffers is when you're fighting regular enemies. Regular enemies, so far at least, don't have any poise and recoil from every physical attack, meaning you can just ignore their attacks and just button mash to win. They also have just enough health that they feel spongy but not

system is interesting as it feels like it works and doesn't work at the same time. When fighting bosses, dodging their attacks and wearing down their stagger gauge can be satisfying, even if it isn't as challenging as I'd like it to be nor as varied. Where the combat system
