So ultimately people, many of whom waited to enter w/ an appt on the CBP One app and had pending asylum applications were renditioned to another country’s torture prison to be used as leverage in negotiations for the release of political prisoners… from the very govt they’d been seeking asylum from.

An ICE Police State makes the country a worse place for noncitizens, citizens, civic institutions, and religious institutions. In other words, for everyone.
