Discussing Tregs and their discovery at the 1st Immune Health Symposium! I’ve always admired Shimon’s pioneering work, and Mary’s and Fred’s 2001 paper was the key inspiration for us to develop the DEREG model, demonstrating that not only Foxp3, but Foxp3⁺ T cells, are key to prevent autoimmunity.

New paper from our lab just dropped: We discovered that an antibiotic can block #Tregs - immune cells that can help cancers hide. This could open new doors for #immunotherapy against #cancer.
