Thank you for letting me hug you for hours on end. And thank you for loving me even when I cried into your fur, so very many times. It is the hardest thing in the world, to say goodbye. But I didn't want you to go through more pain. I wanted you to go to Mum while you could still roam and sit with her. Annoy her for me, my darling boy. Tell her she better be ready for when I barrel through to where you both are now. Because our hugs are going to last for eternity.
