The administration’s continued attacks on due process have stripped many of their rights, leaving immigrants to face court and detention alone. These assaults undermine the very foundation of our democracy and underscore the urgency to protect immigrant communities.

We call on ICE and the DHS to immediately:
- Ensure access to medical and mental health care;
- Provide clean drinking water and adequate food;
- Guarantee attorney access for all detainees; and
- End the use of detention as a coercive tool that forces people to abandon their legal rights.
