my one “all or nothing” task is putting away laundry bc i hate it so much i will NOT restart if i stop.

i record a timelapse vid of myself and put youtube on my laptop so i’m not distracted by tech before it’s finished. then i watch the timelapse vid as a treat and say “look how fast that was!” 😂🙃

This idea has been a game changer for my house cleaning. I get bored with one thing, start another, toodle back to the first one, add a third, etc. Until finally everything is a bit cleaner than before. Much better for me to make broad progress than have one thing done “perfect”

its the best sweetener for coffee IMO!! especially the dark/robust grade syrup.

supposedly good for a year in the pantry unopened and then 6-12 months in the fridge if open. freezer, nearly indefinitely.

i’ve had this jug for nearly 6 months unopened and all was well when i cracked it.

yeah i think the gallon is going to prove extremely impractical for everyday pouring (though i surprised myself this morning when pouring it into my coffee and all went smoothly) so i’ll probably decant half and freeze it so it keeps longer and pours easier!

Maple syrup isn’t local to me but the guy who produced this jug travels to my region from Vermont every year to sell it! Love to buy direct from producers so it was a no brainer for me. I like it more than honey but if I ever need or want that my neighbor sells hers
