its been a hard two weeks

i realised how much harm i bring to myself by drinking (and possibly to others) so i decided that now its time to stop

im gonna start my self improvement journey officially today 5th of november 2025, i stopped drinking alcohol (for the sake of getting drunk) on 2nd of november 2025
