Decided to do some cooking. It’s probably been a year since I cooked for myself. I made potato fondants (home style) with goose fat, butter, and beef stock. And a perfectly done steak with just olive oil, herbs de Provence, garlic powder, balsamic glaze, and salt/pepper.
