Are those people not adults?

Yeah.. except going to university is a little bit more intricate than teaching a dog tricks. That's why we don't give out undergrad degrees to golden retrievers.
Not to mention there's people at that age who don't go to university at all! And guess what? Still an adult.

Disagree. By the time you are 21 you have most likely completed most of your post secondary degree, and are carving out your future, yet you think that person shouldn't legally be an adult? 25 would just be insane.

Not kissing ass but also not provoking Trump more than necessary like you're suggesting. If Carney had come out on a completely anti Trump/US tirade initially, the consequences could have been deadly.
