in a shocking twist, I think this is a bit too spicy for twitter

this is more of an oceanic problem, but playing in oce tournaments, I'm worried that the lack of exposure to high level gameplay means it's basically impossible to get good at splatoon 3
and I don't just mean matchmaking; even when you get jp games, it's clear there's been a brain drain there too

I think one of the hardest parts of playing splat 3 at a high level is that cooler warps your ability to assess how valuable something is.
it's through that lens that the last year or so of meta development makes the most sense and how you can figure out what the next steps should be.

so I've been thinking I could use bluesky to post my actual views on things, since my twitter presence for the last couple years has been dedicated to stirring the pot.
mind you splatoon 3 is still an utter failure in my eyes but that doesn't mean we can't be constructive in our criticism
