I do sometimes wonder what a Best Of portmanteau horror film would look like, but ultimately the best of the subgenre are the ones where the wraparound story is crucial to the film's whole (Dead Of Night, Asylum and Tales From The Hood are the best examples I think) so it would be tricky.

My very specific train related pet peeve is when people get off a train and stop before deciding which way to go, like they’re the main character in a film, looking round like “so this is London!” M8 there’s about 12 people trying to get past you.
