Yes. Mine came with it. It should start up in auto flash mode with buttons to force on or off. With the switch it stays in the mode you choose. Much easier. Apparently a very simple mod if you can actually find a switch!

That looks similar to a strap design I've been working on. Not specifically for Hasselblad, and adjustable. I may be looking for some volunteers to test it out when I'm happy 😉
