Here's a tribute to one of my musical heroes, Bryan Rodwell. One day Bryan was telling me about his arrangements for a new album at the South Bank Wurlitzer. "Set me some pistons and I'll let you hear them!" A few days later, a copy of that arrangement arrived in the post!

Trying out a new design. Elasticated card wallet with coin pouch. I rather like this one although the rivets are a b*tch to set.

And suddenly the world feels less smart, less witty and less elegant. RIP Tom Lehrer, the master of the satirical song, who left us today age 97.

Just waiting for the final wax to dry. New camera strap done. 4cm soft crazy horse middle. 1.5cm firm veg tan ends. Length adjustable over 2 studs. I’ll put it on a camera tomorrow and see how it behaves.

Couple of quilt carriers made, but much more fun with the leftover scraps. Some hand dyed card wallets and a wet moulded knife sheath. That’s how exciting my life is 🤣

The team at SCOT were delighted to welcome Keith Evans to Pollokshaws, on his way back down south after a holiday in Bonnie Scotland, to play our mighty Wurlitzer. I think we can safely say they got on rather well together !
