I absolutely agree, it wouldn't have because she was turning and even if she was going straight, the speed was slow enough to where he had time to get out of the way HOWEVER, he had no idea of her intentions thus not knowing if she would suddenly speed up, nor did he know that she was turning

Defending himself doesnt make the fact that he's an ice agent okay, or doesn't mean that he isnt directly apart of a dictatorship or isnt horrible, it just means that I won't allow myself to believe something that isn't true just to push what I think. I defend truth, not my biases. He openly supports and contributes to a dictatorship that needlessly targets innocent civilians, and for that he's a horrible man, but I just don't think he murdered that woman in anything but self defense.

Just because I despise an individual for what they do and for what they stand for does not mean I will needlessly agree with things about them that are untrue. That would make me no different than those I oppose.

But even from a legal standpoint if he were to be tried in court, he could still argue that even if he wasn't going to be killed, he still could say that he was going to be seriously physically injured and it still would be covered by the law

if the car did continue at the angle that it was going when he shot her then he still could have been caught under the wheel and injured, the only reason he wasn't was a combination of her turning fully (which he didn't have any way of knowing shed do) AND him moving out of the way at the same time

After reading your reply and looking at the gunshot, my only assumption was if it was at an angle. I looked at the video again, and the car DOES turn slightly but not to the extent that it does AFTER the bullet went off
