This has nothing to do with religion, I just personally believe it’s no one’s place to have a say on when and if disabled people have kids. If someone decided to have a kid on the last day before the world ends that’s their prerogative. No one should have a say.

So with that thought process no one should be having more kids. The stance I am speaking on is that disabled people are allowed to have kids without being scrutinized. Under any economic circumstance people should not be able to dictate who can and cannot reproduce.

The difference is we don’t need natural selection anymore There’s no threat to the overall safety of anyone if disabled people have kids The reason for natural selection is to ensure the strongest continue the lineage to ensure safety There’s no threat. Not only the strong need to survive we all can

You are absolutely correct and I apologize for making that assumption, that was ignorant of me. However, I still stand on my beliefs.

Also, if the parent of the child is disabled with the same disability doesn’t that prove that their quality of life is good enough to desire offspring??

Isn’t any kid born in America subjected to high rent, low wages… so no one in America should reproduce because you don’t think their environment is suitable for upbringing?? Who are you to say that? You’ve never had the disability to be able to accurately depict the life the child would live.

Not all hereditary disabilities condemns kids to a life of torment. If the adults with the disability is able to live a life where they desired kids the child is allotted that same ability. We aren’t allowed to play God and decide who’s allowed to procreate.
