I’ve made a couple of batches of ground meat jerky over the past few weeks, and they’ve turned out great!

Made another 2kg batch today. I smoked them at about 58 degrees for about 2.5 hours and then popped them into a dehydrator at 65-70 C for about 6 hours, or until they felt suitably dehydrated.
Homemade smoked and dehydrated venison/pork/beef snack sticks. Homemade venison/pork/beef snack sticks on dehydrator trays.
