I like talking about anime and video games. Hoping to make a living out of it someday.

"May I Ask for One Final Thing?" was a fun ride. Not reinventing the wheel or anything, but it does its own gimmick incredibly well.

The main key animator of Transformers was the creator of one of the most famous adult animations of all time. His name is Satoshi Urushihara.

1. "Rainy Night in Georgia" by Brook Benton

This song is perfection in 4 minutes. Brook's voice, his guitar, the feeling of loneliness, all perfect. It's almost a lament and a lullaby at the same time. LISTEN TO THIS SONG AND FALL IN LOVE.

2. "Don't Think Twice, It's Alright" by Bob Dylan

This is my personal favorite Dylan track. It was between this and "Mr. Tambourine Man." I just think this song is prettier and more succinct. The heartbreak is tangible in the lyrics as well.

3. "Lonely Rolling Star" by Saki Kabata & Katamari Damacy Sound Team

A video game song in the Top 3!? Yes. This is the happiest song in existence, but it's actually a song from the singer to her dead friend. You really feel the melancholy poke through once you know.

4. "Just Like Heaven" by The Cure

This is the other song that sounds like love. A different kind of love, but still. This has been one of my favorite songs since I was a little, little kid. It's so 80's in the best way possible.

5. "Gentle on my Mind" by Glen Campbell

Just beautiful. This (and one other song here,) is what love sounds like. Glen's voice is magical. I hope everyone can find someone who's always gentle on their mind.

6. "You Get What You Give" by New Radicals

This is my go to karaoke song. The message is so perfect. And it's backed up by perfect vocals and instrumentation. Listen and be filled with hope and revolution. Party like it's 1999!

7. "Ohio is for Lovers" by Hawthorne Heights

One of the most noticeably well produced tracks I have ever had the pleasure of listening to. If this was a technical list this would be near the top. It helps that it's also a screamo anthem for the ages.

8. "Hot Milk" by Snail's House (EDM)

Yes, I like EDM. Yes, I like Kawaii Future Bass. Yes, I think "Hot Milk" is better than "Pixel Galaxy." The strange wordless story of a person getting a nice warm milk and being incredibly satisfied. What's not to like?

9. "Ants Marching" by Dave Mathews Band (Folk Rock)

They just don't do big bands anymore and it's a shame. Fiddle and clarinet. It's full of such bombast and nostalgia I think I might explode. I feel like I'm at my parents just by listening to this.

10. "Toki wo Kizamu Uta" ("A Song to Pass the Time") by Lia/VISUAL ARTS Key (JPop)

One of the few Japanese songs I can sing the entirety of and have a huge emotional attachment to. Lia's voice in this is almost hauntingly beautiful. Please watch the show as well.

Might you be talking about this wonderful piece of animation?

Finished " Secrets of the Silent Witch"

For a show I thought for sure I was going to drop, it ended up surprising me tremendously. If your looking for a slightly more traditional fantasy show, you could do way worse.

Finished "Detectives These Days are Crazy"

It's a complete nonsensical laugh riot! If you're a fan of comedy anime, you owe it to yourself to watch this one.

Finished "City the Animation."

This was the perfect show to watch on my lazy Sunday mornings. Funny, heartfelt, beautiful. It's the whole package. It's KyoAni, what did you expect?

Finished "Ruri Rocks"

Studio Bind with another banger. Educational show with a loose plot focused mainly on geology, which is pretty sick. This show in particular does a great job of showing how beautiful the scientific method is.

This is my hype tier list after the stream. Kind of a weak season other than returning IP.

Finished "Rascal Does not Dream of Santa Claus"
Having missed the movies, I was shocked to find it so easy to fall back into this story. Sakuta and Mai are still one of the best couples in anime.

Finished "Anne Shirley"
This was such a beautiful piece of art. The story of orphan Anne Shirley was an absolute delight to experience. I cried multiple times. This is a show you could recommend to anyone, and as long as they had a heart, they would enjoy it.

Passione's newest smut piece. It's a VN adaptation and you can tell. Not well paced and they crammed multiple routes into one adaptation.

Simply perfect slice-of-life/iyashikei(healing) anime. The vibes were immaculate. The soundtrack is wonderful, especially that OP. Not a single bad character. Funnier than you'd expect as well.
