"Hard to find" is an absurd minimisation of the reality of the situation, which has been crisis-level bad for years. And the list of GPs within an hours drive of me that bulk bill adults is precisely zero, something which has also been coming more common for half a decade.

Is this supposed to be an own. "providing blood tests" means giving you a referral to one, so you can go get it at any provider. this is how it works in the UK medical system.
