Rehab continues every day. I never dreamt I'd be cycling again when all I could move was one finger in my left hand. This German machine is my new run around. It's hard work and every part of me suffers, but it's worth it. #spinalcordinjury #slowmiracle

The relay team I was in carrying the queen's baton, Commonwealth Games 2014. The people of Kilmartin and surrounding areas gave us a loud and glorious welcome. The pipe band were amazing. We were all given oversize kit. My trousers nearly fell down as I ran.
