And you expect Palestinians to be peaceniks after so many decades of Israel’s policies towards them? It’s easy to point fingers before doing the difficult work of changing Israeli society first. But it would be more effective. I’ve already gotten real and am waiting for people like you to catch up.

The reality is that failing to resolve the conflict with the Palestinians through dialogue and negotiation while relying on military ‘solutions’ to manage the conflict has made Israelis less than ever and given us the most extremist and corrupt government in the country’s history. That’s reality.

If you say “if only”, then you don’t love to. It’s just empty rhetoric.

If it’s love to, then you can support Palestinians freedom regardless of what they are taught. They certainly don’t all think that way and we should be engaging with the people who do believe in Israel’s right to exist in peace

I agree but it works both ways, no? People who support Israel should support Palestinian freedom as a means to make Jewish people safer.
