This video is absolutely fantastic, breaks down every single nonsense argument on GenAi made by GenAi advocates, and does so in such a succinct way! Plus its always a joy to watch people work on their craft! Watch asap because it’s spot on!

3. Meta downloaded illegal torrents to train models of

GenAi is a house of cards, I swear.

This famed designer is intent in not understanding that her famous firm, Pentagram, used GenAi models, which are under litigation for copyright infringement, as a foundation to one of the biggest government projects around, which 100% displaced artists.

Some artists suggested that we pin a summary of Glaze, Nightshade & other projects here. Instead, I will point them to Melissa Heikkilä's article on our lab and projects. It is the definitive story of who we are, how we got here, and why we do what we do.

The tools Glaze and Nightshade are giving artists hope that they can fight back against AI that hoovers internet data to train. Are they enough?

Studios really shoot themselves on the foot when they decide to only hire for “in office”. Passing over hiring insanely talented people elsewhere cause wfh is not an option anymore, when devs have proved over the last ~4 years thats its totally possible to ship a game with the right wfh workflow🥱
