Elder Millennial here. I learned on both analog & digital, and spent a lot of time listening to the radio in the car. I managed to match up “top of the hour” as near the start, but I don’t use “bottom of the hour.” When I’ve heard it, I thought it meant “near the end of the hour.” Totally wrong. 😂

The end, like in the last 10 minutes of the hour.

I have also either always thought this was the end of the hour or just ignored it and found myself confused when someone <looks at Ryan> left a call earlier than expected.
