Murder rate per capita in Shreveport, LA is higher than Chicago. Shreveport’s murder rate was approximately 26.8 per 100,000 residents, while Chicago’s was about 17 per 100,000. Maybe that's where the TX Nat'l Guard and ICE should be headed instead of Chicago.
