I have been limiting my social media because of takes like this. I'm far beyond "I told you so" and "well, at least your thanksgiving was polite, right?" None of this new. None of it has been hidden. Willful ignorance got us here. Faux outrage won't fix it now.

Accepting that US hegemony was already past its prime and this merely accelerates the inevitable decline has honestly brought me some peace as of late. Everything else still sucks though.
honestly congrats to china on clearly being the stronger world super power at this point. america is cooked and i’m ready to start thinking with that xi mindset

I had been wanting to watch "Heretic" for a while and finally watched it with @thechaosgoblin.bsky.social last night. It's incredible. If psychological horror (there is some blood/body horror but it's not grotesque imo) and especially have given any thought to religions as an organization
