There is NO conceivable legal justification for the Court using the stay power as it has. None. It is a perversion of everything about the doctrine. A majority of the Court has apparently decided they don't need to rely on law and will just help Trump dismantle our democracy.

This is absurd. @nytimes.com needs to find a better way to convey to readers what it knows to be true: These "findings" are not actual "findings" in any sense that most people would understand the word. The casual reader comes away with zero sense of the deep rot of bad faith at play here.
