Monday run. Nice and light. Last 100m, then my ankle found the pothole 10 Stitches later on one leg, ankle ligaments stretched on the other. Not one good working leg 🤦🏻

Busy day didn’t go as planned got under pressure as it went on. Bad news end if the day. Totally drained. But a club run sprint efforts in snow revived my soul if not the problems
