TikTok en Twitter zijn de grootste wapens van China en Rusland. Maar omdat de beleidsbepalers inzien wat je ermee kunt aanrichten is het natuurlijk voor hun eigen burgers verboden. Dit zijn geen onschuldige media, het zijn desinformatiewapens.
